{"id":10785100,"date":"2010-01-29T18:50:54","date_gmt":"2010-01-29T18:50:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/amichetti.posterous.com\/pajama-productivity"},"modified":"2010-01-29T18:50:54","modified_gmt":"2010-01-29T18:50:54","slug":"pajama-productivity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/adriennemichetti.com\/apropos\/2010\/01\/29\/pajama-productivity\/","title":{"rendered":"Pajama productivity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I was just thinking how fast the day has gone, and why have I done so little, sitting in my pajamas and sipping coffee, when I realized in the last two hours (and a bit) I have: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>organized 3 group meetings<\/li>\n<li>sent 5 emails<\/li>\n<li>had 3 IM conversations <\/li>\n<li>had one Skype conference call<\/li>\n<li>made notes re: conference call in OpenOffice<\/li>\n<li>booked a conference room<\/li>\n<li>edited two <a href=\"http:\/\/gettingaclue.wikispaces.com\">wiki pages<\/a><\/li>\n<li>uploaded \/ added to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/canadianaeh\/\">my Flickr<\/a> photosets and galleries<\/li>\n<li>conversed on Twitter about photo editing tools with <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/RobinThailand\/status\/8372619796\">Rob<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/edutechniques.com\/?page_id=1\">Colin<\/a><\/li>\n<li>had a FB IM chat with an old colleague about using Twitter <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/9CMacbeth\">in his English classroom\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\n<li>checked in on a FB <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/group.php?gid=306152045335\">group<\/a> for a project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8230; and ALL of the above is for school or my professional development. <\/p>\n<p \/>Somewhere in there, I also managed to find time to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>coordinate a social outing (yay <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nycgo.com\/restaurantweek\">NYC restaurant week<\/a>!)<\/li>\n<li>change my FB profile photo (it&#39;s doppelganger week, yo)<\/li>\n<li>have a lengthy SMS conversation with my mom about which Taiwanese restaurant she should lunch at in Houston<\/li>\n<li>email some recipes to a friend who is starting her own detox next week<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Who said I couldn&#39;t be productive and be comfortable at the same time?!
